This is my cake decorating final. No we weren't graded but judging from the misplaced flowers i'd say i get a B. It was oh so delicious though with it's strawberry/cream cheese filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. mmm. I'm so glad i took this class so i can learn to be really creative with my cakes.....and i'm taking the fondant and gum paste class in the fall so i can someday be the ace of cakes. :) Ha. Oh... and my computer works now so... i'll try and post more than never.

where are your new posts? i keep checking and end up only seeing this cake that should have been at your wedding. it's nice, but i need something new. plus it keeping reminding me of my cake disaster and i don't like to think of that so please change.
