I love the hair. How did you paint this? Are you extremely proficient in Painter these days? I am jealous.
I really don't like his hair because it's too red and red hed boys with puffy hair are always annoying. he needs a few freckles on his nose and cheeks too - same color as his hair.

I'm very excited you're taking creative breaks and posting at work. They can't expect you to work 14 hours straight can they? Don't worry, be happy. It will all work out, and the job will always be a great thing to put on your resume. You never know where you'll be in a couple of years. I'm proud of you. (Doesn't that make you feel better?!) ;)
Character development. That is your calling. I can see any one of your characters coming to life in a Disney, Pixar, or any other movie. You are so ridiculously talented.
