The arrow is actually pointing at Kermit's penis not his prostate. If you put your finger in Kermit butthole and press toward the penis you will feel the prostate gland : ) DO NOT lick your finger afterwards, or just use gloves. (Jessica and Michelle made me type the lick part, after they said that OUTLOUD)
