Well...enough.

So i woke up this morning feeling well enough to work on some projects since i'm not throwing up anymore...and don't feel as queezy. So here is a project for my friend molly that i decided to do. I liked the concepts of both drawings and thought they'd be fun wall art. My favorite part of BOTH drawings is the owl pattern in the bottom center of the owl drawing...so simple but so fun and cute..

Just so you know...

i've been sick for the last couple of days and that is why i haven't done anything on here...i'm still feeling gross so it will probably be a few more days until you hear from me..sorry.

Removal of the last post....

I've removed the last post about Pushing Daisies from my blog because i can't stand to look at it anymore since we found out this morning that we've dismissed it. After a series of unreasonable deadlines from the crazies running the project and failure to approve anything we turn out. We've quit. I still like the show though and encourage you to watch the next two episodes (and even more if you like it) because i worked on them. The only real definable thing that was ONLY me that worked on it was the frogs....the jumping of them... cuz i animated them.. everything else is a little hard to understand because not everyone knows what i mean by roto or textured...anywho...yeah... that's the news... Don't feel bad for my company we chose this because the people we were working for were very unreasonable, like i said. I love you all and thanks for your support with the show anyway. At least now i don't have to feel the tension at work as i walk in every morning... or pull any ridiculous houred days...but it's still a little depressing... :*(

Not as evil as i thought....

I'm pretty sure that nobody reads my I hate janae blog anymore because i never post on it... but there's good reason... i thought i'd just publicly go on the record to say that Janae is not as evil as i thought... in fact she may very well be my best friend... here's my way of paying homage with a few things that i like about her.... (a little creepy i know)

The obsession she has with her hair....

....and the impulsive behavior she displays as a result.

the way our weights compliment each other to

a terrifying degree on the sled.

...the way she brings Christmas to early...

(november 14 to be exact)

the way she dresses her spawn in ridiculous (and adorable) outfits....

and then lets me play with them...

....or interrupts my awful day with a glimmer of precious

hope.

...and then produces a little MORE hope in the world.

.....even if it means that life sucks a little more for a a few months.

.....her inability to finish projects....

......the obsession she has with her gadgets...

....her mothering skills.....

.....how she always has to be different.

...the incredible way in which she has to capture my personality flaws...

and last but not least... i love that she's a little bit crazy like me. No we're literally crazy.......

Doodlies Galore

uHHHHH....work has made me really anxious with all the long hours i've been pulling... (less than everyone ELSE at work but STILL...a LOT) and the good news about that is... i draw WITHOUT anxiety (for the most part at least) when this happens... so i drew and drew and drew while i was at work waiting on renders and such... i also have some sketches that i promised my sister (of a spider) and some sketches i did for the b-day card i posted. Sorry this has taken me so long to post... i've been drawing a LOT but posting very little... my bad.

Motivated to do a bDay card....again...

So it's october and another friend wanted me to do a birthday card for their kid... So here's what i did....i think my favorite part is the ponies...they rock my world. I kept laughing cuz the way their little personalities sounded in my head...ahh ponies.

The Danielson's

This drawing i did because my sister-in-law, Tara, had asked me to do a quick drawing of the family for her blog... hey tara...if you want i can clean it up a bit and color it even since i'll be doing some art projects this saturday...just a thought... hope you like it. It surprisingly took me very little time at all. Maybe all those drawings i've done of you guys in the past came to some use. :)

Sometimes...

Sometimes i just wanna feel pretty... like after looking at pictures of my beautiful sister, Jessica, that she took for her head shots for acting. So i took a picture of myself in a sort of vain and creepy way just to feel better. I just wanted to give you something new to look at on my blog that wouldn't take a whole night of anxiety and drawing denial. thank you. okay so i lied.... i took a picture of SOMEONE who makes me feel pretty... thanks husband.

Inspired....

So i had a burst of inspiration and drew the following... i was looking at a lot of illustrators websites this morning and afternoon and got completely inspired and couldn't NOT draw... but did i draw any of the things i PROMISED i'd draw? of course not, only a sensible person with their head on straight would do something like that... to those of you i promised.... sorry. i'll get to it, someday. Until then.... enjoy.

Guilted Into a DEADline.

Here is a really homemade card i made for a friend at my mother's work because he had a heart attack. He's known around the office as the grumpy guy but he and i got along splendidly during my take-your-daughter-to-work day visit. So yeah, he's got a good sense of humor. Also, i have to mention that my mother used her evil mom powers to guilt me into doing this card sooner rather than later (even though it already IS later). She told me that the guy was DEAD. yes, she lied and said that someone i care about was DEAD..... (pause for longer than five MINUTES)... "he died of a broken heart because you never sent him the card you said you would." EV-IL. that's all i'll say about that.

These drawings are mainly for my sister jessica who loves peacocks....their kinda her families mascot....she told me to draw tonight and this is what i was inspired to draw... first i drew the worm robbing the creature by the tree and it just grew from there... the scans aren't great... sorry.

Posting other people's pictures

Soooo... since enos and i don't use our camera... we rely on the Ranes' family to fill our photo albums... here are some recent pictures.... there's one of us camping in what looks like a polygamist fashion as Janae so poignantly pointed out (enos is taking the picture) and then another of our only son raymond sitting with Janae... okay, so it's actually Janae's son but what does SHE need him for? she'll have another one soon... (but she's selfish and therefore hates to share). And finally, a snapshot of enos after a long night of birthday binge drinking... or so the camera portrays... actually he is just drunken with the love of meat.....which Tuscano's provided so Americanly...
